Here are a few suggestions offered by our pastry chef. Scroll down to see a list of available flavors to create a custom cake for your celebration. Cakes are made with a double filling (three layers of cake and two layers of the same or different buttercream flavors). The height of the cake is approximately 4 inches high. The outside frosting can be plain vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache, white chocolate buttercream or fondant for a porcelain-like finish. If you are lactose-intolerant, we can modify our buttercream and cake recipes to suit, please inquire for details.
Lemon Lust A lemon-zested white cake brushed with a fresh lemon syrup and a layer of raspberry jam. Filled with a deliciously tart lemon buttercream. For real lemon lovers, we can add a thin layer of lemon curd between the cake layers instead of the raspberry jam.
Spice A moist cake fragrant with cinnamon, nutmeg, maple and cloves. Filled with white chocolate buttercream, it's perfect for any fall or winter occasion!
It’s the Berries White cake layered with sliced fresh strawberries and vanilla pastry cream. (For cakes that may be on display for hours before being served, you may want a delicate strawberry buttercream with fresh berries.)
Carrot Cake Simply the best there is! This cake converts even those who think they don’t like carrot cake! A dark moist cake with pineapple, pecans and coconut, filled and covered with white chocolate cream cheese buttercream.
Raspberry Truffle A dark chocolate cake, spread with a thin layer of raspberry jam and filled with a rich, dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And with a layer of champagne truffle, it is positively decadent!
Hawaiian Passion A white cake brushed with the positively addictive flavor of passion fruit (a citrus flavor reminiscent of lemon and orange - it's indescribably delicious!). Filled with a layer of passion fruit buttercream and a layer of macadamia buttercream.
Raspberry Lime Rickey White cake splashed with a key lime syrup and filled with a layer of raspberry buttercream and a layer of lime buttercream. (Pistachio buttercream is a good alternative if you are not a fan of lime)
Mocha Valencia Dark chocolate cake with a kiss of Grand Marnier. A layer of chocolate-orange buttercream and a layer of mocha buttercream makes this a delicious and elegant cake.
Golden Hazelnut Moist yellow cake layers filled with a layer of hazelnut buttercream and a layer of coffee buttercream. If you choose, a thin spread of the best-tasting apricot jam on the cake is the perfect touch.
Irish Coffee Rich yellow cake brushed with coffee syrup and filled with Bailey's Irish Cream buttercream. It's just as delicious with chocolate cake!
Or create a custom cake with your favorite flavors … the possibilities are endless! Try a Black Forest wedding cake - our delicious chocolate genoise splashed with kirsch and filled with a white chocolate mousse laced with brandied cherries. One nine-year old wanted to recreate his favorite snack (Devil Dogs) in cake so we paired chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream. For a "Creamsicle" cake, we paired white cake with a subtle orange buttercream filling. Choose a cake flavor (white, chocolate, yellow, spice or lemon), and a buttercream filling in any of the following flavors:
